NOTE: All the art on the Tiger Ladybug-designed products were designed by me or my daughter, we reserve the rights to these artworks and give no permission whatsoever to anyone to use these artworks for anything. Please contact me via the contact link at the bottom of the page if you see our art on anything not sold by us.

This is a small, one-woman-owned business, not a big corporation. These policies are to protect me and my business. Thank you for acknowledging and respecting these policies thru your purchase.
SHIPPING:
You can only cancel an order for a full refund only if it has not been confirmed as shipped.
I ship only within the United States and via the United States Postal Service at this time.
I will not charge you if shipping ends up costing more than what you paid at checkout.
Orders are shipped out within 5 days of the date you place your order. I will email you if your order will be shipped after the 5th day.
IMPORTANT: Once shipped, it is the USPS's responsibility to ensure your package arrives to you in the condition I sent it out, and within the time frame they provide in your order's tracking number (if applicable). I will NEVER ship out damaged items, and I will NEVER confirm items as shipped if they haven't been shipped! If you have any shipping-related concerns, you must file a claim with the USPS. If they cannot or will not assist you in your claim, then please email me your name, phone number, email address, claim number with the USPS, tracking number, your order number, what your order contained, and the delivery issue for the claim. I will not refund any orders that were lost, stolen, or damaged in transit unless you make a claim with the USPS first and it cannot be resolved by them.
Shipping labels are created with the address as entered at checkout, so I'm not responsible for address-related issues. If your package is returned back to me because it was undeliverable, I can issue you a refund minus the shipping cost. Please make sure your address is correct per USPS at checkout.
For Print-On-Demand Products (Currently just the mugs):
Please allow up to a week for your product to be created and marked as shipped, and up to 2 weeks or more for delivery. My manufacturer will notify you of when your order is shipped and provide tracking details, including the shipping carrier they choose. Same rules apply as above for shipment-related issues.
I do not do bulk discounts for any of the products sold here.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES:
Anything you purchased on sale or on clearance cannot be returned or exchanged.
All jewelry items cannot be returned or exchanged.
I will allow returns and exchanges only on a case-by-case basis for regular-priced, non-jewelry items. You have 14 days from the date your order was confirmed as shipped to send me a return/exchange request via the email provided with your order. I reserve the right to deny any return or exchange request for any reason. Sorry, I do not issue return slips, so any order returned will be at customer's expense.
