This page is also referred to in each product description. This is a small, one-woman-owned microbusiness, not a big corporation. These policies are to protect me and my business. Thank you for acknowledging and respecting these policies thru your purchase.

At this time, I ship only within the 50 United States, Puerto Rico, and Washington, D.C. via the United States Postal Service from this website only, via First Class or Priority Mail, depending on weight.

Your order should be shipped out within 3 business days (business days = Monday thru Friday) of the date of placement. You may cancel your order for a full refund within that time frame as long as it hasn't been confirmed as shipped.

 

All jewelry and stickers are NOT eligible for return, refund or exchange once orders are confirmed as shipped. Print-on-demand mugs may be eligible for return/refund on a case-by-case basis. Please contact me within 30 days of your purchase date if you have an issue with your print-on-demand mug. (I will not honor these requests after the 30 day mark.) I will make a decision on how to handle your concern based on your return/refund request reason. I reserve the right to deny return/refund requests. 

I am not responsible for any delivery issues once orders are out of my hands. (Damages, theft, lost, incorrect delivery, etc.) Please contact USPS for any delivery-related issues as they are responsible for handling. If your package is returned back to me because it was undeliverable due to you not entering your address correctly at checkout, I will issue you a refund minus the shipping cost.
