PRICING
If you think my pricing for my handmade items that I spent a great deal of time brainstorming, creating, marketing, etc. is outrageous, unfair, stupid, ridiculous, etc....you're wrong. Sorry not sorry. 🤷 I only make single or limited quantities of my handmade designs, so it would make no sense for me to sell them for cheap. I actually sell my products for much less than I really should, based on typical pricing formulas.
SHIPPING
At this time, I ship only within the 50 United States, Puerto Rico, and Washington, D.C. via the United States Postal Service. Shipping is added on at checkout and is based on the current promotion or based on package weight and destination when there is no special shipping promo occurring. Orders will be shipped out First Class or Priority Mail, depending on weight. (Sorry, I had to remove Canadian shipping availability. Maybe in the future...)
Your order should be shipped out within 3 business days (business days = Monday thru Friday) of the date of placement. You may cancel your order for a full refund within that time frame as long as it hasn't been confirmed as shipped. If, for whatever reason, I am unable to ship out until after the 3rd business day, I will let you know via email. I don't give discounts if your order is being shipped out later than expected. Shipment timeframes themselves once orders are sent cannot be guaranteed, as that is completely out of my control. Standard shipping times listed at checkout are an estimate of USPS delivery and are not a guarantee of when your order will arrive.
All sales are final once orders are confirmed as shipped. That means no returns and no exchanges after your order is shipped.
IMPORTANT: Once shipped, it is the USPS's responsibility to ensure your package arrives to you in the condition I sent it out, and within the time frame they provide in your order's tracking number (if your order includes one). I will NEVER ship out damaged items, and I will NEVER confirm items as shipped if they aren't being shipped! I am not responsible for the order once it is in the hands of USPS!
If you have any shipping-related concerns, you must file a claim with the USPS. If they cannot or will not assist you in your claim, then please email me your name, phone number, email address, claim number with the USPS, tracking number, your order number, what your order contained, and the delivery issue for the claim. If I am unable to resolve the shipping-related issue, then I will issue you a refund, minus the shipping cost. I will not refund any orders that were lost, stolen, or damaged in transit unless you make a claim with the USPS first and it cannot be resolved by them.
Shipping labels are created with the address as entered at checkout, so I'm not responsible for address-related issues. If your package is returned back to me because it was undeliverable, I can issue you a refund minus the shipping cost. Please make sure your address is correct per USPS at checkout.
I reserve the right to refuse to sell and ship to addresses and geographical areas at any time for any reason. I may add geographical areas in the future to sell and ship to, but that depends on shipping and economic rules and laws.
